Terms & Conditions — MoonCity56 Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and MoonCity56 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the mooncity56 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible via moncity56.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or digital services operated under the MoonCity56 brand.

• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which mooncity56 accounts are denominated unless otherwise specified.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — Any action by a User that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated systems, or money laundering.
• "Force Majeure" — Any event beyond moncity56's reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, regulatory changes, or internet service outages.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use mooncity56, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. moncity56 does not permit access by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, associations, and artificial legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a MoonCity56 employee involved in platform operations or game administration.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling services at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence, and that your participation is undertaken at your sole discretion and risk.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of mooncity56, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Submitting false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You may also be asked to set a username and password for account access.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, moncity56 requires all members to complete KYC verification. 4.3 One Account Policy

05 Deposits & Payments

moncity56 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on mooncity56 is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency are denominated in fiat equivalent.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-walets and FPX are typically credited to your moncity56 account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Deposits via cryptocurrency are subject to blockchain confirmation times and may take longer to reflect. moncity56 does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to moncity56 are legally obtained and belong to you. moncity56 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your mooncity56 account is subject to the following conditions being met in full prior to processing:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full.
• Your requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit for your loyalty tier.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active disputes, investigations, or compliance flags.

6.1 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may take between 30minutes and 3 hours. Traditional bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain processing times.

6.2 Withdrawal Fees

moncity56 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Members are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable fees.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

moncity56 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the combined value of the deposit plus bonus amount.
• moncity56 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all bonuses voided and accounts closed.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

moncity56 employs detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting across all outcomes, systematic exploitation of free-bet offers, and coordinated multi-account wagering. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all pending bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on mooncity56 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant event, market, or game type. In the event of ambiguity, moncity56's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

• moncity56 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any wager at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Bets accepted in error — for example, where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error — may be voided and stakes returned at moncity56's discretion.
• All live betting markets on events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports are subject to in-play rules as published at the time of bet placement.
• Winings from casino games are governed by the published RTP rates and the rules of each individual game as provided by the relevant game software provider.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mooncity56 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic access controls or disguise account identity.
• Money laundering — using the platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain. Players who identify such issues are required to report them to mooncity56 support without delay.
• Opening or operating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to bonus farming.

mooncity56 cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in the investigation and reporting of suspected financial crime, including money laundering and fraud.

10 Suspension & Termination

mooncity56 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• KYC verification documents are found to be fraudulent, expired, or mismatched.
• Prohibited conduct, as defined in Section 9, has been detected.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mooncity56 reserves the right to withold any pending bonus funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud or financial crime, any balance in the account pending investigation.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting mooncity56 support via live chat. Remaining balances will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on record after any applicable wagering requirements are settled.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mooncity56 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or technical errors.

mooncity56 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the determination of a bet outcome, mooncity56 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances.

12 Privacy & Data
